Manuel Velazquez

Born the 26 of June, 1968 in Tuxtla Gutierrez Chiapas.

He studied painting and drawing at the Fine Arts Academy of Chiapas.

He obtained his bachelor of arts from the Universidad Veracruzana.

He has been the director of the School of Fine arts of the ICACH and of the sculpture gardens of the IVEC.

He teaches painting at the Faculty of Plastic Arts of the Univesidad Veracruzana

He currently lives and works in Xalapa, Veracruz.
